A long-term collaboration with the eldership has created the conditions for purposeful strengthening of its IT infrastructure and ensuring stable delivery of public services. Through day-to-day maintenance, workstations are systematically administered, networks managed, computing equipment maintained, and data protection measures applied — enabling effective response to the institution's evolving needs while adhering to information security requirements. A significant part of the work involves providing technical support for electoral processes across three polling districts: from configuring operating systems and preparing software to testing equipment and providing continuous assistance throughout voting.

One of the fastest-growing elderships in Lithuania
Užliedžiai Eldership, situated on the left bank of the Nevėžis River, is one of the fastest-growing elderships in Lithuania, with a population soon to exceed 10,000 residents. This settlement has deep historical roots — it is recorded as far back as 1680, with the village of Užliedžiai mentioned from 1744. The eldership is home to various institutions catering to residents' needs, including a post office, kindergartens, a primary school, a library, and a leisure and cultural centre. Furthermore, a significant portion of the eldership's territory falls within the Nevėžis Landscape Reserve, whose purpose is to preserve the unique Nevėžis valley landscape, its rare flora, and its fauna.
IT maintenance and support for smooth operations
We have been working with Užliedžiai Eldership for more than twenty years — a partnership that has allowed us to steadily strengthen the eldership's IT environment and contribute to more efficient delivery of public services. This long-standing relationship has given us a thorough understanding of the institution's operational specifics, its evolving needs, and the development of its technological environment, enabling the eldership's IT infrastructure to be managed today in a purposeful, methodical, and best-practice manner.
Day-to-day IT infrastructure maintenance covers the full spectrum of the technological environment: computing equipment maintenance, workstation administration, network management, data protection, and the deployment of specialised solutions. This comprehensive approach ensures technical stability and reduces the risk that everyday resident service and administrative functions will be disrupted by technical issues. Extensive experience in the public sector also enables compliance with information security requirements, which are critically important for institutional operations.
A significant part of our collaboration involves the eldership's participation in the Republic of Lithuania's electoral process, for which we have provided technical support for many years. Elections now take place across three polling districts, making the preparation of IT equipment a particularly responsible task. Our specialists carefully plan and prepare for each election, carrying out operating system configuration, software and antivirus installation, printer and equipment connection and testing. Should any technical issue arise, we respond promptly and are ready to resolve problems at any time of day or night.
